The Foundation of Hamburg Memorials is set to lay a New Country Memorial Plaque during the commemoration events for the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the prisoners at the Neuengamme concentration camp. A large circular memorial plate list 70 countries with their current names from which prisoners at the Neuengamme concentration camp originated.
